Only difference between them is colour, but appears that they were different prices back in the days according to RealOEM. Either fine, they won't be visible when installed anyway! 51498217213 - Left tailgate trim clips 51498217214 - Right tailgate clips I think that everyone with an E39 tourer ever has broken these at somepoint.
