It boots up and then spontaneously restarts after about a minute, and repeats this forever unless the display is switched off. I did upgrade to the latest maps (direct from BMW) a week or so ago but it worked fine for five days and now this. I'd appreciate any pointers to potential fixes please. First thing to try if not already is a full software update which is known to fix this rebooting issue. There was a compatibility issue between certain iDrive iLevel versions and updated Maps some time ago, but the issue of rebooting presented itself straight away.
