Is it me or does that not sound a huge amount bearing in mind a late 1990's Alpina B10 V8 will produce 347 bhp from a 4.6 without a turbo and only be 3 or 10's behind it, and an E39 M5, ok from a 5 litre engine, produces the same power and almost identical performance...
