If not and you purchased directly from Andream, I'd suggest contacting Andream and getting in touch with their Support team https://www.andream-eu.com/contact-us/?v=7516fd43adaa This is their Warranty page https://www.andream-eu.com/warranty-policy/?v=7516fd43adaa See what they say, if you have to return the unit to them, insist they pay for the shipping or, that they'll refund you the cost to get it back to China - remember to send it via fully insured, signed for delivery if it turns out the unit is faulty.
