Any solicitors well up employment law on here?

Try Citizen's advice, first, they can sometimes help. Some law practices offer free consultation that might give you a better steer.

If you belong to an Institution, e.g. IET, IMECHE, or similar they might be able to help.

Check your house insurance, some policies include legal cover, if so use it.

In the meantime right down everything you can think of in relation to your issue(s).

If you are the subject of disciplinary action, you are entitled to have representation at review meetings and it doesn't have to be a lawyer.

If you're subject to notification of redundancy, it is the position being made redundant, not you.....

I can't think of anything else to advise atm.
