Just like to Praise all mechanics for their job, i always used to think most rip people off and charge unfairly for what they do, how wrong i was 🤣 until i decided to help my colleague and change his starter motor on his E92. Never done anything like it , but i managed to do it through a lot of pain, time and sweat 🤣🤣🤣. I know for a lot its not the hardest job , but i found it bloody hard 🤣 needing to take out so much from under the bonnet to get to it and putting it all back together like a puzzle 😂. But basically thank you to all you mechanics for the job you do , and getting dirty for the people !!

Hi all, Im looking at replacing them silver stripes on the outside door handles on my car, has anyone done this and is it difficult? Cause i see you can buy black ones on ebay, but not sure if its difficult to remove and replace them.

Hi there, Sorry if this was asked , i tried looking through posts but could find anything. Im planning on changing my brake pads very soon, but ive come to understanding that i might have difficulty changing them all due to electronic hand brake. Ive got BMW 5 series F10 Lci , is there anything special i need to do to turn off the e brake for the time i do the change or it shouldnt be affected? Thank you

Ah okay , thank you, how would i know if the part isnt correct ? Would it not match up to the style that are on , or would they not fit cause of size. Im thinking of getting both style and return the ones i dont use, otherwise i wont be able to drive if i grt wrong ones 🤣🤣🤣

When i put my details in there , just shows all the M packages but doesnt have an option for high speed brake system 🤣 Im really sorry for this, just want to do things correctly 🤣

Also if i look by my vin number for brake disc it comes up with the 36mm brake discs (with sport package) my car comes with M sport package. So that does mean i need high speed brake system pads ?

Hi there, so i have just measured my front and back disks, the fornts came at just over 37mm and back 30mm. So does that mean for the fronts i need high speed brake pads?

Hi there, Ive got lots of questions on brakes , i want to change my brake pads, but anywhere online i go i have like 4 different option for brake pads. Different brake systems : TRW , Teves, for vehicles with high speed brake system. How the hell do i know what brake pads do i need 🤣 before i used to just buy any and thats it, but for this car i got a choice. Going on OEM website the part number i get for front brake pads is for the high speed brake system pads (textar) but i dont think i got high speed brake system , as i thought it for emergency vehicles only? help would be greatly appreciated.
