Done it few times just lowers the vehicle check by miles and date. Is hasn't moved from 3500.

Change my crankshaft vibration damper last week completely separated. Come up on dash battery not being charged. Original I think 171k. Fitted corteco gsf had sale on that day so was £375  

Car had oil and filter service today but has only reset to 3500 miles won't reset any further. Date has change Correctly to 01/25. Anyone had this issue.

Had its mot today passed and oil and filter service.

Had mine since February 2020 paid £6250 with 150k Currently 171k.(highest mileage car we have owned) 525d 3.0d f10 2011 most reliable bmw I have owned no rubber grommet for me or egr. We did replaced rear spring and heater fan was into bmw for corrosion. Normal servicing at bmw and disks and pads all round stuck new battery on old 1 was fine its never missed a beat. Passed all 3 mots in my ownership without an advisory.

Yeah @Cadwell Parker I have Dunlop sp sport maxx gt run flats all round great tyre in wet and dry not cheap though. I have 19 msport staggered set up so can be a bit harsh over pot holes etc. Also have them on our A4 sline none rft very harsh on that too even more so.

I replaced the whole unit on mine £45 on ebay with superceded part been fine ever since mine had burning smell on max. Very easy job I had done a write up on old forum. Correct resistor is attached to bottom I have my old 1 in shed.
