Apart from the BMWs shop, anyone have recommendations for where to get parts for an F10? I'm needing a passenger side drivers doorcard in oyster along with some electrical bits. Ebay isn't much help. Thanks in advance Matt

F10 535i - Keeping it after toying with replacing it with an F11 last year. Droid MMI install for Apple Carplay, replace some interior trim bits that are worn, get the rear arms replaced, have the alloy wheels refurbished and get the steering wheel recovered. Also on the lookout for an M2 Competition (2016) at not silly money.

Starting to really get on my wick, any movement in the seat or driving over bumps and its creaking and squeaking. Anyone else had this and know of a fix without replacing the entire seat and base?

Sell the 1 series, keep the 5.

Had a couple. I'm a Ford fan through and through. First was a Mk3 1.6S in black which I thought was the fastest thing in the world. Second was a blue Mk2 XR2. A few weeks back, had a white Mk8 as a hire car. The are a rite of passage for young drivers, such great cars and a shame they are no more.

I had that concern as coming off my driveway it slopes downwards. Thankfully, I still have good clearance, but it wasn't through planning, it was a fluke.

Mine is an SE so its been a noticeable difference. The car feels a lot more planted, it almost feels solid like my old E39. Combined with the new wheels, it actually rides properly. I think my issue was my old wheels as I had them checked and one of them is a bit less round than the other three.

Watching this as I am after the same thing and not found anything convenient or hideously overpriced.
